Veterans Day 2008
Thank You to all the veterans across the nation for your bravery, your courage, and your love of this country. Many may forget, but there are those of us will always proudly remember.
Genealogists and Historians should think about how much respect they show at local Veterans Day Observances. We research the military information and data about wars, but do we only care about dates and data and forget that this represents real people with cares, feelings, and loving family members.
We join Wayne in a “humble salute to those who gave their life, so we could have ours.”
