The 1910 census entry shows his birth place as Kentucky. Joel Reynolds and Mary Delany (Dulaney) were married on 21 Oct 1843 in Jackson County, Ohio.⁶⁵

13. Mary Delany (Dulaney) was born before 1833 in Minford, Scioto County, Ohio.⁶⁴ She died on 18 Jun 1927 in Carlyle Township, Clinton County, Illinois.³³ IGI record shows DELANY while Jack Barber shows DULANEY. Children were:
