Page 45, "Some of the leaders in the new settlement prove their importantions
in Orange (a county in Va.) in 1740. Among these are, 'John Davison, for himself,
Jane, George, Thomas, William, Samuel'." John Davison and Jane (Jean) were
married.27 481.
